We are recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Representative to join our growing team, covering the Ulster region. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales of our high-quality lubricant products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to work independently to deliver results.
You'll take ownership of your territory — managing existing customer relationships while actively developing new opportunities. We're looking for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and confident in their ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets across the Ulster region
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
* Plan and execute territory visits effectively and efficiently
* Provide product knowledge and support to customers as required
* Record and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and competitor trends
* Represent the company professionally and consistently in the field
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience

* A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule
* Full, clean driving licence
* Knowledge of the Ulster region and relevant industry sectors is an advantage
