We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Life Sciences team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a specialist Products team, advising leading global companies on the application of domestic and EU regulatory regimes across the full lifecycle of their products. They will work on high-value, multi-jurisdictional product liability matters, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector, combining both contentious and non-contentious work.
They will apply their regulatory and/or litigation experience to complex product liability issues, supporting clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer products and healthcare.
5+ years’ PQE;
Experience in life sciences, consumer products, or healthcare;
Experience working on busy caseload;
Strong team player;
Passionate about technology sector;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Technically excellent.
