About the Job

* You will advise customers on a wide range of products, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and manage sales transactions accurately and securely.
* You will handle customer queries in-store, by phone, and by email in a professional and timely manner.
* You will assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining attractive product displays.
* You will support stock control processes, including cycle counts and inventory checks.
* You will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous experience in trade counter sales, retail, or customer service.
* Strong enthusiasm for sales and building lasting customer relationships.
* A background in hardware, construction, or building supplies would be highly advantageous.
