About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Human Resources team as the Group Head of Talent Management & Employee Experience. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business by designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies.

This global remit requires an experienced individual with extensive international experience in talent management, employee experience, and leadership development. You will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals, driving the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent.


Responsibilities

* Talent Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that supports the organization's strategy through:
o Employee Experience: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
o Career Path Strategy: Create comprehensive career path strategies to support employee growth, retention, and development.
o Performance Management: Lead the design, development, and implementation of a performance management framework and process.
o Learning and Development: Oversee the design and delivery of training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
o Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion and drive DEI initiatives and ensure they are integrated into all talent management and employee experience practices.
o Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key leadership roles.
o Culture & Change: Develop and communicate a compelling Employee Value Proposition that attracts and retains top talent.
