About the Role
The successful candidate will work on diverse supply chain problems, analyzing situations and data to evaluate factors, establish root cause, and implement corrective actions to meet business targets.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate complex supply chain scenarios to drive business outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize company strategic results within the supply chain function.
* Implement new technologies and processes as needed to support inventory level tactics and drive business goals.
* Provide input to senior team members on planning and forecasting challenges to drive continuous improvement in standards.
* Execute the planning and control of materials and finished goods to meet delivery demands.
* Generate documents such as work orders, purchase orders, material transfer requests, or shipping documentation to support supply chain execution activities.
Requirements
* Possess relevant experience in the field, preferably with a BS or BA degree, or equivalent years of experience and a Master's Degree.
* Good planning and organizational skills, strong communication, time management skills, and an aptitude for working with computer systems to plan and manage supply chain requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capability.
* Proficient in ERP system software, with emphasis on Operations/Supply Chain functionality, and knowledgeable in operations functionality.
