Finance Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Assistant to join our well-established Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Processing purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
* Reconciling supplier statements and arranging payments with attention to detail.
* Providing excellent customer service through telephone queries.
* Maintaining an up-to-date filing system for invoices/statements.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
In addition to the above qualifications, experience of working in an office/finance environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of Sage Accounts, Sage Payroll, and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
