Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Legal Secretary Assistant located in Cork. The Legal Secretary Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including the preparation of legal documents, managing clerical and administrative duties, supporting solicitors with case management, and maintaining organized legal filing systems. The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills to manage client correspondence and interactions with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
* Proficiency in Clerical Skills and administrative support
* Experience in Legal Assistant roles and case management
* Strong written and verbal Communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Proficiency in word processing software and office tools
* Experience in a legal environment preferred
* Relevant certification or diploma in a legal or administrative field is an advantage
