About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in implementing all Human Resources activities, working closely with the HR Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Responsibilities
* Employee Life-cycle administration: Maintain accurate records, process employee data, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR-related activities comply with company policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Recruitment Administration: Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* HR Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
* Attention to detail, with the capability to prioritize, negotiate, and influence.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.
