You'll coordinate subcontractors, oversee trades, and ensure the project remains on programme and compliant with all regulations.Key Responsibilities* Lead daily site operations across multiple housing units* Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour* Drive construction progress, ensuring programme targets are achieved* Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards* Manage quality control, snagging, inspections & BCAR documentation* Oversee materials, logistics, deliveries and site planning* Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement* Report progress to the Project Manager and senior leadershipRequirements* 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman* Strong background in residential xsokbrc / housing construction* Proven experience managing multi-unit developments* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations & BCAR* Ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors and drive progress* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skillsWhat's on Offer* €80,000–€85,000 DOE* Company car* Full benefits package* Long-term pipeline of Tier 1 residential projects in Cork
