Digital & Marketing Content Specialist
Location: Co. Kildare
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing business based in Kildare. With multiple projects underway and an exciting pipeline of future developments, they are seeking a Digital & Marketing Content Specialist to take ownership of content creation, digital campaigns and marketing performance across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys creating content, managing campaigns, analysing performance and driving measurable commercial results.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping brand messaging, generating leads and supporting the successful launch and promotion of residential developments.
The Role
This role combines content creation, digital marketing, campaign management and performance analysis. You'll be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising marketing activity across multiple channels while ensuring all messaging remains consistent, engaging and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Messaging

Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures and digital advertising
Develop clear messaging and positioning for individual developments and wider brand activity
Maintain consistency of tone, quality and brand standards across all marketing channels
Manage content calendars and plan content activity in line with business objectives

Social Media & Digital Channel Management

Manage content across social media platforms
Update and maintain website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress
Manage online campaigns and ensure information remains accurate and up to date
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance

Email Marketing & CRM

Build and manage email campaigns
Segment audiences and customer databases
Write engaging email content designed to drive enquiries and registrations
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click‑through rates and conversions

Paid Digital Campaigns

Create, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms
Develop ad copy, messaging and creative variations
Manage campaign budgets and monitor spend allocation
Track key performance indicators including registrations, enquiries, cost per lead and conversion rates
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and return on investment

Marketing Performance & Reporting

Monitor campaign and channel performance using analytics and reporting tools
Analyse marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
Produce performance reports and actionable recommendations
Use insights to improve future campaigns, messaging and budget allocation

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers and creative suppliers
Review marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency
Support internal sales teams with marketing assets and customer‑facing materials
Attend site visits when required to review marketing collateral and development branding

Requirements

Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience managing social media, digital marketing and email campaigns
Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience using Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools
Experience managing campaign budgets and performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Dotdigital or similar
Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach and ability to work independently
