Assistant farm manager position available on a dairy farm near Clonakilty Co. Cork with
a 300-cow, high production pedigree Holstien Herd (Kilgarriffe Prefix). Competitive package including accommodation available for the right candidate.
Duties to include:
* Milking in a 24:48 swing over parlour
* Some machinery work
* Regular scheduled time of as part of a rota with other staff and the farm owner.
* Previous experience of dairy farming desired but not essential.
* Full training will be provided to candidates with a keen interest agriculture.
Other Requirements
* Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
* Able to work on own initiative.
* Integrity at all times.
