We are transforming our business by embedding analytics in everything we do and helping our clients transform their businesses across industry sectors and lines of business.Your key responsibilitiesLeading diverse teams with varying skillsets, who use different Data and Analytics technologies.Adapting your leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs, anticipating and identifying risks and escalating issues as appropriate.Coaching and mentoring junior team members to help them develop.Working in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries, helping clients transform and improve their business using analytics.Creating innovative insights that add value to clients and to the broader society.Championing operational efficiency improvements on projects and internal initiatives, driving projects to completion, and ensuring high-quality work.Contributing to the development of the wider Data & Analytics team by building our brand, attending events, collaborating with internal teams, and producing thought leadership.Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships; identifying potential business opportunities for EY to incubate or drive new solutions and services, with guidance from partners and senior managers.Skills And Attributes For SuccessA completed degree (bachelors, masters, or PhD).Proven experience, 3+ years as a Data Analytics professional, or similar role in a consulting environment or equivalent.Experience supervising and developing others, effective communication, client expectation management, delivering quality projects, working to timelines, and leadership development.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.Aspiring to continuously develop skills and abilities.Analytically minded with the ability to assimilate and apply new techniques to deliver insights and solve problems.Professional with ability to work in diverse, evolving, and dynamic client environments.Working knowledge of analytics tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik; programming languages: SQL, Python, R; cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.Experience in data analytics lifecycle areas such as Data Strategy, Data Manipulation and ETL, Data Analysis & Visualization, and applying machine learning techniques to business issues.Relevant experience in Agile Delivery.What Working At EY OffersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
