MD Survey's Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as a domestic BER Assessor, offering an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be required to drive to different locations within the Leinster region and complete Building Energy Rating Assessments, producing the necessary documentation within a timely manner.
Requirements:
* SEAI BER Assessor Qualification (Required).
* Full clean driving licence.
* Proven experience in conducting BER Assessments.
* Strong knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in surveys and documentation.
* Excellent verbal, written and team communications skills.
Responsibilities:
* Travelling to various residential properties to carry out BER assessments.
* Producing the necessary completed documentation to our clients.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Work closely with clients to deliver excellent customer service.
