Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and motivated breakfast chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their culinary skills in a dynamic café environment. You'll be responsible for supporting the chefs in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and learning all aspects of food production with a focus on sandwiches, pasta, and other café-style dishes.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the café's menuEnsure all food is prepared to the highest quality and hygiene standardsHandle mise en place (prep work) for sandwiches, pasta, salads, and light mealsMaintain cleanliness and organization of your workstationFollow instructions from senior chefs and support them as needed during busy service timesMonitor stock levels and inform the senior team of shortagesComply with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all timesContribute to a positive and productive kitchen environmentRequirements:Previous kitchen experience is mandatory (training can be provided)Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practicesWillingness to learn and a strong passion for foodAbility to work well in a team and take directionGood time management and ability to multitask under pressureFlexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidaysJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €13.50-€15.50 per hourBenefits:Food allowanceExperience:Chef: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
