An excellent opportunity to join a central based financial institution has become available for a 12-month period. This is an exciting role for an individual with mortgage advisory experience that is looking to join a company that prides itself in delivering exceptional service and innovative financial solutions.
The Role: what does the job involve?
* Evaluate and process mortgage applications, guiding customers throughout the application and drawdown process.
* Contribute to loan underwriting and decision-making, particularly for complex applications.
* Communicate effectively with customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels regarding their mortgage or loan applications.
* Monitor and maintain mortgage reports and pipeline analysis daily.
* Support lending administration and contribute to ongoing improvements within the lending function.
* Report to the Head of Lending and Senior Lending Manager.
The Candidate:
* APA loans is the minimum requirement, QFA preferred.
* 2 years mortgage advisor experience, with extensive knowledge of the mortgage application process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus, and a good team player.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a high level of attention to detail and strong administration and organisational skills.
