The role includes helping with personal care as needed, meal preparation, medication reminders, arranging appointments, and providing companionship to improve overall well-being. The person should be patient, respectful, and able to follow care plans. Experience with dementia or mobility support is a plus. Flexible hours are preferred, but I’d like to schedule visits in the mornings. The home is in a quiet residential area, and there is a small garden to assist with if possible.
