Full Time for City Centre Opticians
We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and energy to join our team in our busy City Centre Opticians.
Job Description
-Meeting & Greeting of patients/customers
-Answering phone and responding to customer requests and queries
-Booking appointments for sight tests and contact lens appointments.
-Diary management
-Dealing with customers orders
Skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administration and organisational skills
Strong computer skills, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organsiational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy working environment.
Experience
2-3 years experience in a busy office environment with a customer service ethos.
Previous Optical experience, an advantage but not essential.
