Role Overview We're looking for a creative and organised Ecommerce & Marketing Executive to join our small fashion team.
This is an on-site role where you'll manage our Shopify store, create social media content, and assist customers in-store.
Perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys variety, and wants to grow their skills in ecommerce and marketing.
Key Responsibilities Check and fulfil online orders daily through Shopify.
Upload new products and manage Shopify listings and collections.
Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook).
Assist in-store customers from time to time, including styling advice and Click & Collect.
Support seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Track and report on online performance and ad results.
Help with email marketing and customer communications.
What We're Looking For Experience or confidence using Shopify, Canva, and social media tools.
A creative eye and strong attention to detail.
Good organisation and multitasking skills.
Comfortable with both digital marketing and retail.
A proactive, positive team player who takes initiative.
Experience in Fashion is necessary.
Comfortable creating ads and basic campaign reports.
