Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and organised Ecommerce & Marketing Executive to join our small fashion team. This is an on-site role where you'll manage our Shopify store, create social media content, and assist customers in-store. Perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys variety, and wants to grow their skills in ecommerce and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Check and fulfil online orders daily through Shopify.
* Upload new products and manage Shopify listings and collections.
* Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook).
* Assist in-store customers from time to time, including styling advice and Click & Collect.
* Support seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
* Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
* Track and report on online performance and ad results.
* Help with email marketing and customer communications.
What We're Looking For
* Experience or confidence using Shopify, Canva, and social media tools.
* A creative eye and strong attention to detail.
* Good organisation and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable with both digital marketing and retail.
* A proactive, positive team player who takes initiative.
* Experience in Fashion is necessary.
* Comfortable creating ads and basic campaign reports.
