About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role as an Insurance Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through the sale of personal insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring a great experience
* Demonstrate sales and retention skills to achieve agreed targets for new business and retention
* Execute policy amendments efficiently, meeting customer expectations
* Optimise opportunities for cross-selling, generating referrals and maximising business growth
* Handle a requisite volume of calls efficiently, achieving call answering objectives for both the customer and organisation
* Work closely with team colleagues to achieve overall targets set
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our Personal Lines and Commercial product range, compliance requirements, and industry qualifications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification
* Customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
* Previous sales or customer service experience
* Proactive, energetic approach and positive outlook
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Teamwork and problem-solving skills
* Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
