Requirements
Strong communication skills.
Third‑level degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Chartered or working towards chartership.
minimum of 3+ years ‘experience designing mechanical services installations preferably in healthcare, educational and commercial office sectors. Full, clean driving licence with access to your own transport.
Revit BIM software required.
