The O'Neills Photography Department is seeking a general assistant in our office/studio to join our expanding team in:
* Office administration
* Managing merchandise
* Photoshoot preparation
In general, the candidate will be required to support the organisation of the team in the day-to-day running of the studio, ranging from file management through to hands-on assistance on photoshoots. The key responsibilities include managing samples that will be photographed for eCommerce, monitoring incoming job requests and following up on deadlines, and particularly keeping the online workflow up-to-date via our servers, Office 365 and Adobe.
During busy periods, the studio handles a very high volume of product, so the candidate must be comfortable with Excel, Teams and organisational skills to manage the workflow for the photographers. On shoot days, the role will take direction from the photographer, including assisting on set and physically preparing the garments for photographing/stock redistribution. Upkeep and maintenance of the studio is essential, and an existing knowledge of basic Photoshop tasks will form a foundation for further training.
The candidate must be a team player, motivated in computer organisation, comfortable in busy client-facing environments and be able to collaborate with the Photo Team on their wider needs, while also reporting directly to the studio manager.
Please note that this role necessitates working on-site full time.
