About the Company
Our client is a well-established group of businesses based in Co.
Kildare.
This Accounts Administrator role will provide finance support across all three companies.
The Role
This is a varied accounts support position offering full training.
The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounts payable, reconciliations, and general administration, with a small element of credit control.
You will be based on-site, working full-time within a busy finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain supplier invoices, credits, and company credit cards.
Assist with monthly payment runs and daily supplier queries.
Enter and process bank payments.
Perform supplier and bank reconciliations.
Manage non-supplier payments, fuel cards, and toll tags.
Support credit control (small element).
Provide ad hoc accounts administration as required.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch break).
