Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a very busy 4/5* luxury hotel.
Responsibilities include:
* Training employees to high standards.
* Anticipating client needs and enhancing quality service.
* Assisting management in maintaining effective communication within the team.
* Creating a positive work environment that promotes staff morale.
* Addressing development needs identified from appraisals with management.
* Assisting management in appraising staff using guidelines provided.
* Positively promoting sales awareness within the hotel.
* Controlling operating costs and ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
* Ensuring staff have adequate supplies of working tools and utensils.
* Servicing guest rooms to hotel standards.
* Retraining staff if necessary.
* Processing lost property and carrying out monthly stock takes.
