Quality Assurance Specialist
This role involves assisting with the execution of our Quality Assurance program by monitoring and reporting efficiency, conducting audits, completing reports, identifying areas for improvement, and escalating breaches. Additional responsibilities include supporting policy development, providing operational cover, analyzing data, undertaking project work, and training staff.
