Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless application performance and resolving complex system issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot intricate systems problems in applications built with Java, SQL, and scheduled using Autosys.
* Handle incident, problem, and change management processes, working closely with DevOps and engineering teams.
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation such as root cause analyses (RCAs), SOPs, and knowledge base articles (KBs).
* Monitor system health and performance using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and other enterprise-grade monitoring platforms.
Requirements:
* Strong technology background in application support and systems engineering within a large enterprise environment.
* Hands-on experience in Java troubleshooting, SQL scripting, and job scheduling via Autosys.
* Proficiency in enterprise monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
* Excellent documentation skills and the ability to independently manage support knowledgebases.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and working in DevOps environments.
