Join our team as a Healthcare Assistant! No prior experience? No problem! We provide accredited QQI training alongside ongoing development opportunities to help you thrive in this rewarding role. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and maintaining their independence.


Training and Qualifications

Full QQI (8 Modules)

2 QQI Modules

We can help you achieve QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) if you don't already have it.


Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive Pay: Earn up to €20.00 per hour
* Bank Holiday: Double pay on Bank Holidays
* Paid Travel Time: 25 cent per KM
* Travel Allowance: €1.35 per hour worked
* Sign-On Bonus: €200 after 3 months*
* Referral Bonus: €200 for successful referrals
* Pay Schedule: Fortnightly pay

Requirements

* Experience & Qualifications: 1 year paid home care experience and/or QQI Level 5 qualification
* Driver's License: Full driving license with access to a car
* Communication Skills: Good spoken and written English
* Flexibility: Availability to work alternate weekends
