Skills / Abilities
Ability to work on own initiative.
Awareness of Key Worker / Support Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs.
Programme planning for Person Centred Plans.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Full, clean driver’s licence (manual) essential.
