About the Role
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
