We are looking for a full time Barista/all rounder to join our team.
Our shop is located in Rathcoole with both sit-in and takeaway coffee offered to customers, with our coffee being 3FE coffee.
Coffee is the main focus of our business and the ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine interest in coffee.
The role will involve serving customers, making coffee, toasties and acai bowls.
The job also involves running food and drinks, and all the other random things that go with working in a speciality coffee shop.
Experience working with speciality coffee is a requirement for this role.
Experience in the service industry is a must along with enthusiasm and reliability.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and wants to have input within our business.
Your role in our team is to be an active team member ensuring quality is delivered on each and every coffee, while upholding our strong values of speed, friendly face and convenience.
Required:
Please note this position is not suitable if you do not have considerable weekday availability.
While it is not ideally suited to college students, we will still give consideration to people with a sufficient amount of weekday availability.
Weekend availability here and there to cover holidays.
