Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and approachable Front of House / Security team member to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our premises. This dual-role position combines reception duties with essential security responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and security-related tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls, managing mail, coordinating meetings, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. A valid PSA license is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, and take messages when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and tidy.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide excellent customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned such as Post, ticketing system, PO systems. environmental systems, security systems.
Surveillance & Monitoring.
Incident Response & Reporting.
Ensuring Compliance & Security Protocol.
