About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to directly support our Marketing Executive in delivering high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone organised, creative, and eager to take ownership of projects. You'll work closely with the Marketing Executive, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented and marketing activity runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support
* Assist the Marketing Executive with planning and delivering campaigns across social media, email, website, and print.
* Create, edit, and schedule content for digital platforms (social posts, newsletters, blogs).
* Support production of promotional materials, brochures, and customer communication pieces.
Digital & Social Media
* Manage daily social activity: posting, engagement, replies, and monitoring trends.
* Update website content and landing pages as needed.
* Track digital performance and report on engagement metrics.
Brand & Communications
* Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials.
* Assist in drafting messaging for campaigns, events, and customer communications.
* Coordinate internal communications and updates.
Events & Local Marketing
* Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and open days.
* Liaise with local partners, community groups, and vendors.
Admin & Coordination
* Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project trackers.
* Coordinate with external designers, printers, and photographers.
* Assist in preparing monthly marketing performance reports.
Skills & Experience (Ideal):
* 1–3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or admin support.
* Strong copywriting and content creation ability.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Basic knowledge of digital tools (email platforms, Canva, scheduling software).
* Highly organised with strong multitasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
