Our Client has an immediate opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, highly organised Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Ennis, Co. Clare.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers with care and professionalism, supporting the Service team with general administrative tasks, managing and maintaining documentation, generating purchase orders, producing weekly reports, responding to customer queries, ensuring all calls are monitored, actioned, and scheduled, and scheduling day-to-day works for Service Engineers.
Candidates will require strong administrative skills, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience, high level of computer literacy, including MS Word and MS Excel, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to work effectively under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
