Responsibilities
Have a lead role in the effective governance, operational management, and administration of the nursing and healthcare services with a particular emphasis on effective clinical leadership, providing a safe environment for patients and staff, while making the best use of resources.
Development and delivery of auditing and reporting in line with relevant legislation and quality standards
Adhere to and contribute to the development and maintenance of nursing standards, protocols, and guidelines consistent with the highest standards of care and in line with the Code of Professional Practice and Behaviors for Registered Nurses
Ensure all relevant records are kept clear and up to date in the respective center relating to each service user
Facilitate and deliver appropriate training
Provide appropriate supervision and performance management to assigned staff
Develop and implement all relevant clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
NMBI-registered
A minimum of five years of acute general hospital experience after registration is required.
Proficiency in Leadership and Communication
Demonstrated expertise in clinical, auditing, and management
Desired qualifications and experience in management
