I am currently recruiting an Order Administrator to join a well-established, small, family-run business.
This is a hands-on, office-based role with genuine flexibility around working hours, including options to accommodate school-friendly hours or a four-day week, ideal for someone who enjoys administration, order processing, and regular customer interaction in a close-knit working environment.
The Role You will be responsible for: Processing customer orders accurately Taking orders and queries byphone and email Preparing delivery dockets and order documentation Acting as a first point of contact for customers Liaising internally with accounts (all financial processing is handled separately) Providinglight website updates and basic system input General office administration support Working Hours & Flexibility Standard hours:8.30am 4.30pm Flexible options available, including: School-friendly hours 4-day week (MondayThursday) Fully onsite role Systems & Environment Order processing carried out onSage Comfortable use of systems is important; full training provided Supportive environment with long-tenured staff Ideal Candidate Strongadministration and/or order processing experience Confident dealing with customers by phone and email Clionadh Morrissey Skills: Administration, Order Admin, Customer Service
