What You’ll Actually Do
* Take over the entire roadmap and own strategy through to delivery
* Lead a big new feature that touches both sides of the platform
* Talk to users, merchants, and GTM to figure out what matters and what doesn’t
* Run sprints, write specs, manage backlogs, and cut through noise to keep momentum
* Work closely with a dedicated designer and 10+ engineers
* Bring focus, structure, and product muscle to a team that’s been shipping fast.
Who You Need To Be
* 5+ years in product, with full ownership of at least one build-launch-grow cycle
* Experience as the first or only PM in a startup (10–50 people), owning product end-to-end
* Time spent in a scale-up or structured product org (200+ people) so you’ve seen how good product planning and processes work
* Strong consumer product background — you’ve worked on stuff real people actually use, not just internal tools
* Commercial instincts, able to simplify complex problems and align stakeholders
* Still hands-on — you’ll roll up your sleeves to ship features, not just oversee others doing it
* Calm when things get messy, clear when people aren’t
* Bonus: payments, consumer marketplaces, or anything similar

* Office in Dublin (hybrid, not remote-first)
