We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Care Manager to oversee daily operations in two locations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality care meets company policies and national regulations.
* Collaborate with teams to deliver excellent services to young people.

Requirements:
* A Bachelor or MA/MSc in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, or related field.
* Full, clean manual driver's license (Ireland).
* Relevant management qualification.
* Previous experience setting up a new home.
* Full driver's license and access to own transport.
* Knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
* Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a management capacity.
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Social Care and working with young people.
