Senior Reward Manager Role summary About the Role Sanderson are looking for a Senior Manager Reward to lead the reward function, delivering strategic projects and managing annual compensation cycles.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape remuneration structures, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary policy, bonus schemes, share plans, and market analysis.
Coordinate senior management compensation across European entities in partnership with UK Reward teams.
Monitor employment legislation, market trends, and survey data to adapt reward strategies.
Prepare reports and recommendations for HR and senior executives.
Develop remuneration structures following market reviews, restructures, or acquisitions.
Drive strategic reward projects and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
Advise HRBPs and People Leaders on reward offerings for new hires and internal moves.
Oversee compliance processes including investment bonus schemes, Solvency II requirements, and job evaluation frameworks.
Skills & Experience Extensive experience in reward strategy and end-to-end compensation management.
Proven track record managing annual reward cycles and market benchmarking.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior level.
Expertise in reviewing and re-engineering reward processes using technology.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Degree qualified (HR or Finance) / CIPD desirable.
