Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites and diagnose faults with hydraulic pipework, wiring looms, interfacing parts, motors, cables, etc., and ensure our manufacturer's standard level of repair.
Install equipment at customer sites and perform quality checks; adjust components or assemblies against required specifications (e.g., calibrating coffee grinders, brewing and hydraulic modules).
Carry out prescribed preventative maintenance including water filter changes and PSSR tests.
Maintain a customer-facing presence with good manners and a friendly outlook.
Follow defined procedures and processes specified during training.
Qualifications
2+ years' field experience (espresso machines or similar equipment).
Full Irish driving licence.
Right to work in Ireland.
Comfortable working independently on customer sites.
