This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates leadership, and can confidently manage bar operations during unsupervised night shifts. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, managing stock and cleanliness, and supporting junior team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and has strong supervisory skills to ensure smooth service and a great customer experience.
