The Role
Media Teams are our client-facing teams in Core responsible for excellence in client service, leading strategy development, and managing the media plan.
The purpose of this role is to support the Client Managers and Senior Client Managers in the day-to-day running of client accounts and handle the administration of media delivery across multiple clients. It requires the use of media planning tools, effective management of media planning processes, attention to detail for accurate reporting, and time management to ensure top-quality delivery. Strong collaboration and communication with the wider organization, especially the Central Team, are essential to meet high standards.
A strong working relationship with colleagues, particularly Exchange Practice, is crucial. Media Team Client Associates undergo a structured learning program delivered by industry experts to ensure comprehensive knowledge from basic to advanced media planning. Quality control of output is critical.
Responsibilities / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
This role requires a clear understanding of media planning principles and the ability to interpret plans at a high level. Responsibilities include assisting with media plan actualization, monitoring POs, ensuring timely and accurate billing, developing audience and competitive reports using agency tools, creating presentations on competitor insights, and contributing to innovation.
Client Associates will help execute each team’s Client Satisfaction Plans, working closely with Channel Planning and Investment teams to ensure media plans align with overall media rationale.
Your Profile
Experience
* No prior media planning experience required, but interest in media planning and buying is essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* High level of business acumen.
