In this role,youllmake an impact in the following ways: Lead the EMEA Fund Accounting Operations function for a strategically significant client, providing both strategic and day-to-day leadership to high-performing teams responsible for NAV production, pricing, controls, and client deliverables. Act as the EMEA Fund Accounting Operations lead for a key client, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring a consistentlyhigh levelof service. Drive operational excellence across the fund accounting lifecycle, including oversight of daily NAV production and valuation controls. Partner with global internal functions such as Product, Technology, Risk, and Middle Office to ensure alignment, resolve issues, andmaintainconsistency in processes and controls. Lead onboarding, conversions, and product launches, ensuring operational readiness for new funds and complex structures. Strengthen the control environment and risk culture through oversight of key controls, audit management, and remediation of operational risks. Champion automation and digital transformation, promoting the use of data-driven solutions and AI to improve efficiency and resilience. Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues, ensuringtimelyresolution and clear communication. Key skills and experience: Extensive fund accounting expertise, including NAV production, valuation methodologies, and complex instruments across alternative structures. Proven leadership experience managing large, high-performing teams, with a focus on development and continuous improvement. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex discussions. Experience working cross-functionally within globalorganisationsand matrix environments. Control-focused mindset with strong analytical capability and risk awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withconfidenceengaging senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-starter witha strong senseof ownership and accountability. High energy and commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CPA, ACCA) areadvantageous.
