JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* The successful candidate will be a self-started, highly motivated and will coordinate and/or administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
* The successful candidate will take ownership of one or many of these programs and provide regular updates/reports to leadership on same.
* The successful candidate will strive for operational excellence seeking ways to make efficiencies in established processes.
* The successful candidate should be flexible and agile to change with business need.
