What We're Looking for: Were looking for a technical writer who is passionate about creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly content. You should have a flair for information design, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to break down complex topics for different audiences. Your work helps improve how content fits within our information maps and models, strengthening the overall structure and semantic clarity. What You Need to Succeed: 5+ years experience in technical content development and delivery Strong strategic planning experience, including documentation development and design Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with positive outcomes Strategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision making Degree educated in English, Technical Writing, or Rhetoric A Significant Advantage: Experience with Confluence, Jira, Aha, Agile processes and software planning tools. Experience with clinical trials, medical authoring/editing, science writing, and FDA guidelines for technical communication Familiarity with generative AI tools and processes and LLM solutions What You Will Do: Work with teams to identify and resolve documentation development issues Demonstrate excellence in data-driven content design Contribute to shaping our information architecture so content can be effectively used and reused Improve our information maps and models by helping to connect content more clearly within the broader structure, making it easier to organize and find Refine and structure taxonomies, namespaces, and search patterns to enhance how users access and interact with content Work with IT to assess system architecture and to recommend updates that enhance content workflows and operational efficiency Support continuous improvement by recommending practical, forward-thinking tools and processes that align with lean and cost-effective practices.
