Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Leader - Hematology
This role is responsible for leadership of and setting the operational strategy for delivery of complex programs in Clinical Trial Management (CTM). The individual will oversee clinical operations activities, including quality, timelines, and budgets related to the conduct of clinical research studies.
* Leads a team of clinical trial management staff and provides input into resource allocation to meet project requirements
* Maintains an overview of program status and issues and proactively communicates progress risks or changes that may impact quality timelines or budget
