Our graduate programme supports your growth at every stage, combining hands-on experience with structured learning, professional qualifications, and mentorship.Application deadline: 29th October 2025Role detailsRole Overview: Our graduate programme gives you formal training and mentoring, as well as practical experience on the job. You will initially complete a comprehensive two weeks of training to build a strong foundation of key skills and to get to know your intake of other graduates in Strategy& and wider PwC Consulting. Regular training sessions will continue throughout your career to help you develop these skills. After the initial two weeks, you will join the team and contribute to project delivery as a core member, with guidance from the project team—from Senior Associate up to Partner. From day 1 you will have the opportunity to contribute to discussions in internal meetings with senior team members, and your voice will be valued.Typical Graduate responsibilities include:Owning and delivering your own workstream, with guidance from project team members.Identifying relevant data sources and collecting, interpreting and analysing data to support project outcomes.Conducting interviews and deriving insight from qualitative inputs.Presenting findings to team members, clients and other senior stakeholders.All new joiners are assigned a buddy to help you settle in, and a career coach to mentor you and support your career development at Strategy&.Qualifications and SkillsStrong academic record and good analytical and problem-solving skills (minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent).Intellectual curiosity, motivation, and the ability to contribute to discussions with senior stakeholders.Commercial awareness, analytical and interpersonal skills to present to clients and senior stakeholders over time.Who We’re Looking ForGraduates come from a range of backgrounds.
