Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain computer systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
* Good IT working experience in an ITIL environment for at least 3-5 years
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Accredited education in Information Technologies, qualified IT Specialist or equivalent
* Experience in IT support for current Microsoft, Apple, and Android hardware and operating systems
* Good knowledge of ticket systems and support processes, including ServiceNow Platform
* Proficiency in native-level local language and good English skills in writing and speech
Technical Skills
* Device operations and maintenance of Desktop PCs, Notebooks, Smartphones, Monitors
* 2nd Level Office/Mobile Support
* Server management, backup, and support for demo/meeting/training rooms, video conferencing, and printer services
* PC imaging and installation procedures using Intune, Autopilot, JAMF
* Asset management skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Office 365 Suite, and Azure AD
* Hands-on network administration skills (AD, DNS, WINS) for WAN/LAN/WLAN are a plus
Soft Skills
* High customer service orientation
* Ability to interact with and advise others for de-escalation management
* Strong team player with autonomous and proactive working behavior
* Motivated with a willingness to learn and perform
* Friendly and confident demeanor
* Excellent time management skills
