Environmental, Health and Safety Lead - Up to €90k per annum

About Your New Job
* Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Company and Client health and safety procedures.
* Carry out accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
* Audit and assess potential new contractors before they commence work.
* Develop and implement the company's Behavioural Safety Policies and provide necessary training.
* Supervise and manage EHS documentation to support the integrated safety management system.
* Deliver and complete statutory notifications to the HSA as required.
* Conduct Health & Safety induction programmes for site personnel.
* Maintain EHS registers to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
* Prepare and deliver training courses, including assessments.
* Represent the company at site meetings as needed.
* Review Safe Work Plans (SWP) for site tasks.
* Provide EHS advice and direction to site personnel.
* Collect and collate information for the Safety File and prepare for client handover at project completion.
* Track and compile weekly KPIs and report to the Senior Management Team.
What Skills You Need
* Third level qualification or Diploma in Health & Safety.
* At least five years of health and safety experience in construction, preferably in electrical engineering.
* Experience with data centre projects.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Ability to conduct thorough investigations and audits.
* Proficiency in managing EHS documentation and reporting.
* A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
