Job Title: Financial Controller
Role Overview:
The financial controller will play a crucial role in leading the group's financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS/local GAAP standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating month-end close across multiple entities, preparing board decks with senior-level financial insights, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting M&A transactions and divestments, as well as driving financial process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) certification
* 5–10 years of experience in financial control or group finance roles
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in reporting and commercial acumen
