* Evangelize the value which our products deliver to our customers by applying our Value Selling approach in partnership with our customers* Be the expert at positioning and demoing the Pluralsight's products and services and act as a SME for the assigned sales team for all related questions* Conduct customer facing technical sales calls* Develop and deliver targeted & specific product demonstrations to executives & decision makers* Assist assigned sales teams in responding to technical requirements included within RFP/RFIs* Sales engineering or similar experience, ideally with a Software as a Service* Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers* Understanding of SaaS selling structures, measurements, and critical success factors* Understanding of APIs and how enterprise technology platforms integrate with other enterprise technologies* Ability to effectively aid in discovery of customer pain points and initiatives and translate that information into a value based, customer centric solution* Experience with generative AI is considered a plus.
* Experience in one or more of our technical domains or with learning technologies is highly desirable.
* Fluency in another European language is considered a plus* Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
* Fluency in English* Experience with common sales methodologies and processes like MEDDPICC* Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, concise manner* **Hybrid Work Model:** This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
