Wecurrently have a vacancy for aPayroll/Accounts AssistantThis is a permanent, full-time role based in our offices in Listowel.Remuneration is dependent upon qualifications/experience.Candidates must be living within commutable distance of our offices.As aPayroll/Accounts Assistantyou will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll, compliance with statutory regulations,GDPR requirementsandtimely filing of all returns required by Revenue, CSO, etc. You will also assist the Accounts Department with accounts payable/receivable including invoice processing, processing sales orders and preparing shipping documentation.Duties will include:§ Processing of weekly payroll§ Ensure compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation§ Maintain data in both Payroll & Time Management systems§ Preparation of various reports§ Assisting the accounts department§ General office duties including:data entry, placing purchase orders, telephone/reception and other ad hoc duties as requiredKey Requirements:§ 2+ years' experience in payroll processing for 75+ employees and in-depth knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems§ Qualification in IPASS or Business/similar§ Strong communication, analytical, organisational, IT and Excel skills§ Strong work ethic and proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem solving§ Ability to work and prioritise tasks in a busy environment to meet deadlines§ Discretion, precision, high level of accuracy and attention to detail are of paramount importance
